I really like Bauer tools but if I need more power I pick up my Hercules tools. I bought both lines of tools.But I think Bauer is the best bang for the buck.

I used my new Ryobi saws all for the first time, gave my old one to my kid. I was abusing it trying to cut a wall out at the floor, so it got that same wiggle side to side. Now it's my loner tool, don't mind giving it away. I started buying all Harbor freight tools. Mostly all on sell or buy battery and charger and get a free tool. So now I have 2 of everything. Plus about half a dozen Ryobi tools.

That's why you get 6 tools and 2 batteries and charger and bag for 199. They are not pro grade tools. Just cheap tools.

No thanks. Mine is the same way, I will just throw it out and get a Hercules.

Permacure II Insert Repairs, clean the hole moving one way around only going in/out, never leaked and permanently fixes your hole, will fix thicker sidewalls , cheap inserts you use are temporary and garbage, we call them fatropes, 3+ years using Permacure on customers Also you should grind the insert tool down on all sides for it to be smaller, mostly the punctures are quite small, when inserting i wouldnt turn the the tool at all if possible, inflated tire wont flex and the pull out is instant full force out,

Great video very informative and easy to understand .Thank you. I have fitted one onto our caravan and it was quite easy to do. The only additional thing I did was to fit a small primer bulb between the tank and the filter, this eliminated the need for the pump only mode and possibly running the pump with no lubricant ! Two “small squeezes “ was enough for the line to be fully ready to fire it up. Thanks again for your video very informative.

I believe a 15/16 cork will fit. Going to check next time I go to the city. The 12 inch also is the right size for a 5 gallon bucket. And the pots at Lowe's Home depot are Italy terra cotta. I never looked until I seen his video. Btw Make sure the ones you buy are not cracked. First store I went to every one of the 12:inch were cracked. Matter of fact every one of the other sizes were also crack except to one 8 inch I bought.

In the US. Unless you get supllies free. You won't get it for $10. I just bought my supplies. Pot $30. Sink plug ( 1 1/8) eanted cork but couldnt find one big enough at Lowe's or home Depot. $3 5 gallon buckets $4 No spout So basicly $40. My pot fits a 5 gallon bucket. The lip of the pot sits on the top of the bucket. No drilling cutting or other stuff. And loose enough for aur exchange.. Once i confirm it works. I eill be Making a much larger one. For a 55 gallon drum. Pot eill cost $65 . Why such a size? I plan to filter laundry water and bath water to reuse in them If all goes well. I will have 6 big filters. 55 gallon drum, two 5 gallon. And two water coolers. After that. I plan to recycle urine to add to wash water using terracotta filter Hoping it will off set the water lost to evslopation. Hey laugh but i didnt receive any measurable rain last year. Meaning i didnt get water. And bulk water is so chemical treated that its even rejected from swinning pools. Set it infront of your face and seconds later it burns your eyes. Plus this should filter my bulk ester too. Its a pain to travel the 50 miles to town ( 100 round trip) to get bulk water.

Can these be used for low powered energy harvesting? I can power an LED with my soil batteries. But I want to instead store that energy to run a microcontroller for 30 seconds every hour.

Shouldn't you send the water sample to a lab and test it to see if it has any bacteria?

Way less waffle than I hear and see in the average American offerings. I like it. Why not do a basic solar system, water or photovoltaic. I think I'd be able to watch one of your videos to the end, unlike so many others. 😂

What sort of heater did you dismantle to get a 12v blower like that?

It's very common here in Brazil. Almost every house used to keep at least 1, but many swaped their old "filtro de barro" for a smaller plastic unit or a small water refrigerator. The filtering is still the same kind though (ceramic+activated charcoal+coloidal silver), which can be found in shops from every brazilian city. Funny thing is the "filtro de barro" (or clay filter, which is just a large clay pot to assemble all the parts mentioned in the video) is still better, cuz it provides high PH water and very cold temperature in a clean/atoxic enviroment and 0 energy cost. I got a 16 liters here in my house, but I just need to fill it once a day for all my family
